Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, and one of India’s most trusted real estate developers, has announced the launch of its latest residential plots at Alaknanda in Haridwar. The newly introduced plotted development is spread across approximately 4.7 acres within the larger 88 acres Alaknanda project and offers over 170 residential plots designed for buyers seeking a peaceful and well-connected living environment in the spiritual city.

Positioned as a destination for people looking to build their dream homes, Alaknanda by Hero Realty is strategically located on the Delhi–Dehradun Highway (NH-58). The township is among Haridwar’s prominent freehold residential projects. The newly launched plots range in size from 80 sq. yd. to 250 sq. yd., providing buyers with multiple options to design homes suited to their needs and preferences. The new launch will feature a limited inventory of plots across multiple sizes, catering to a mix of both homebuyers and investors looking for land appreciation.

The plotted phase is part of the broader Hero Alaknanda project, where trunk infrastructure work is nearing completion and basic services have already been established. Construction for the project began in December 2025, and the expected possession timeline is February 2029.

The master planning, infrastructure development, and construction activities are being managed by Hero Realty Pvt. Ltd., with execution support from third-party engineering and construction contractors selected through a competitive bidding process.
