The total housing stock includes 565 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, 3,002 flats under the 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme, and 1,677 flats from the Konkan Board’s scattered inventory. In addition, 51 flats fall under the Konkan Board’s Affordable Housing initiative, which operates under a 50% affordability criterion.
