With an estimated project cost of approximately ₹200 crore, the community is envisioned as a benchmark in premium, sustainable living. The land is fully owned by Lohia Developers India Pvt. Ltd. (Lohia Worldspace), ensuring seamless execution and long-term commitment. The project is expected to be delivered by 2029.
