India – January 20th, 2026 – Total Environment, the design-led housing firm founded in 1996 by Shibanee & Kamal Architects, today announced the launch of a new phase of “Songs from the Wood,” its signature premium residential development in Pune.

The project offers seamless access to Koregaon Park, Camp, and Magarpatta, along with well-established social infrastructure, including leading schools, healthcare facilities, and retail hubs.

Songs from the Wood’ reflects Total Environment’s distinctive approach to residential design, where architecture, nature, timeless materials, and light come together to create enhanced living experiences. Moving away from conventional apartment living, the development of 208 homes replaces balconies with gardens, treats nature as a fundamental architectural element, and creates residences designed to age gracefully over decades. Residents have access to a 20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a host of amenities and a green roof that seamlessly blends with the surrounding landscape. Conceived as an extension of the home, these shared spaces are designed to support everyday wellness, meaningful social interaction, and leisure within a natural setting.

The event brought together high-intent homebuyers and design-conscious audiences from Pune and Mumbai.

The event brought prospective homeowners to experience the Total Environment ecosystem - a thoughtfully curated blend of living spaces, F&B experiences, and live music that brought the brand’s philosophy to life. The event culminated with select offers including complimentary upgrades valued at up to ₹60 lakh.

Kamal Sagar, Founder and Principal Architect, Total Environment, said: “Pune represents a mature, design-aware homebuyer base and offers long-term growth potential. This launch of the last phase of  Songs from the Wood strengthens our Western India footprint and allows us to bring Total Environment’s distinctive approach to residential design to Pune, creating enduring value for homeowners.”
