Gurugram, September 10, 2026: County Group, NCR’s leading real estate developer specialising in luxury real estate development, has announced that it will soon launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 88A, Gurugram. Spread across approximately 24 acres, the project will comprise 844 residences across nine towers, including three Gold Segment towers, with 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 4,500 crore.

The project is located in New Gurugram’s evolving growth corridor and offers connectivity to key destinations through the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. Planned around a pedestrian-first approach, vehicular movement will largely remain restricted to the periphery, allowing the inner landscape to remain calmer, greener and more pedestrian-friendly. Golf carts, shaded pathways, garden courts and community nodes will shape movement within the project.

Amit Modi, Director, County Group said.

“The luxury housing market is evolving towards projects that offer not just larger homes, but a more sophisticated way of living. With this project, we have brought together thoughtful planning, expansive landscapes, biophilic design and a strong focus on community. Our aim is to create a residential address where luxury is expressed through space, nature, wellness and everyday experiences, while delivering the quality and long-term value that define the County Group,”

Envisioned as a warmer expression of luxury, the project brings together earthy tones, organic materiality, shaded walkways, biophilic facades and layered landscapes. The landscape is not a backdrop. It is the central experience. Gardens, shaded trails, wellness decks and social lawns are planned as an integral part of everyday life, with spaces for movement, pause and connection.

The project will feature Club Elixir, conceived as a refined social destination and a private world of leisure, wellness and social connection. Spread across G+2 floors, the club will include a grand lobby, gym, banquet halls, courtyards, spa, meditation zones, restaurants, café and indoor activities area, along with lounges and poolside spaces. Thoughtfully planned spaces will cater to children, young professionals, families and senior residents. Its sports zone will include a multi-purpose court, two tennis courts, volleyball court, cricket pitches, golf putting area, and pickleball and padel courts.

The landscape also incorporates a range of distinctive elements including a nature trail, floating café, hammock garden, sculpture court, pet park, kids play area, tot-lot and senior citizen area. Water is woven through the central greens, with reflective courts, cascade pools, a water percussion plaza and children’s splash zones. A water rivulet meandering through the landscape, creates a small riverside walk experience, while a water cascade walk adds another layer to the setting.

Large-format residences with wrap-around decks, including provisions for trees within the decks, further extend the connection between the homes and the landscape. Construction across the project is scheduled from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2032.
