Pune-based listed real estate developer, Kolte Patil Developers, has announced the acquisition of a 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon, near Pune, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,400 crore. The company plans to develop a saleable area of approximately 1.9 million sq ft, signaling its entry into one of Pune’s fastest-emerging residential micro-markets.
Bhugaon is gaining prominence as a preferred residential destination due to its blend of natural surroundings and strong urban connectivity. The land parcel is strategically located near premium neighborhoods like Bavdhan and Kothrud, adjacent to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, and within close proximity to the Shivaji Nagar Railway Station. The area also offers convenient access to major employment hubs, enhancing its attractiveness for homebuyers and investors.
Rajesh Patil, Managing Director of Kolte-Patil Developers, emphasized that the acquisition of the Bhugaon land represents a strategic expansion into a high-potential micro-market.
