NCR-Based County Group Launches ₹1,800 Crore Housing Project Jade County in Ghaziabad
County Group, a real estate developer based in the National Capital Region (NCR), has launched a new residential project called Jade County in Ghaziabad. The company will invest ₹1,800 crore in this development, which will offer around 1,000 housing units. The project is located within Wave City township, covering a land area of approximately 13.33 acres. County Group acquired this land parcel from Wave Group for ₹400 crore.
The total saleable area of Jade County is planned to be about 30 lakh square feet. The project will consist of nine high-rise towers, with each building ranging from 27 to 31 storeys in height. The residential units will be available in four different sizes to cater to varied buyer preferences. These sizes include 2,358 square feet, 2,898 square feet, 3,555 square feet, and 5,094 square feet.
The project will also include common facilities such as a clubhouse covering 55,000 square feet and a commercial complex of 7,000 square feet. County Group has planned for 80% of the area to be open space, providing residents with enough room for outdoor activities and green surroundings.
According to the company, the project will follow the guidelines and timelines set by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The phased delivery of the housing units is expected to begin in the year 2030. This timeline ensures the project complies with regulatory requirements while giving buyers a clear idea about the expected handover dates.
The location of Jade County is considered strategic. It is situated along the NH24 corridor, inside Wave City. This position offers good connectivity to important nearby cities including Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. In addition, upcoming infrastructure projects such as the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and the Hindon Airport are expected to further improve accessibility and reduce travel times for residents of Jade County.
County Group’s director, Amit Modi, commented that the project lies at the center of NCR’s next real estate growth area. He highlighted the convenience and connectivity offered by the location, which makes it attractive for people looking for housing in the NCR region.
Another notable feature of Jade County is that it is pre-certified with a Gold rating by the Indian Green Building Council. This means the project will follow certain standards related to energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental friendliness. Such certifications have become increasingly important for homebuyers who value greener living options.
County Group has a history of several completed and ongoing projects in the NCR region. Some of their earlier developments include Orange County, Olive County, Cherry County, Coco County, Ivy County, County Spaces, and Cleo County in Noida. The company also delivered an ultra-luxury project called County 107 in Noida, which has been well-received in the market.
Looking ahead, County Group plans to launch more projects besides Jade County. These include Ivory County in Noida, County Centre Court in Gurugram, and County Courtyard in New Delhi. The company continues to focus on developing residential projects across different parts of the NCR to meet the growing demand for housing.
The name “Jade County” is inspired by the jade stone, and the design of the project reflects this inspiration. Features such as curvilinear balconies and petal-shaped crowns are planned to give the buildings a unique look and help create a distinctive skyline in the area.
With this new investment of ₹1,800 crore, County Group aims to strengthen its presence in Ghaziabad’s real estate market. The project targets buyers looking for premium housing options with good connectivity, modern amenities, and sustainable living environments.
