Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited announced the launch of SmartVantage, a purpose-built solution aimed at accelerating the next phase of growth for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The offering is designed to provide scalable, cost-efficient, and operationally resilient office solutions tailored to the specific needs of GCCs.

SmartVantage leverages Smartworks’ existing portfolio of around 12 million sq. ft. across 14 cities in India and Singapore, offering large-format, whole-building campuses, many exceeding 500,000 sq. ft. These spaces can be customized to reflect the identity and operational requirements of each GCC. The platform combines expansive campuses with a consultative approach and a curated partner ecosystem to support rapid growth while maintaining cost efficiency.

The solution provides multi-city continuity and enables faster time-to-go-live for GCCs, with Smartworks claiming office delivery typically within 60 days. A curated partner network complements the offering, covering legal, compliance, taxation, workforce, and innovation support. This integrated ecosystem is aimed at helping GCCs enhance operational resilience, foster innovation, and unlock long-term strategic value from their India operations.

Neetish Sarda, Founder and Managing Director of Smartworks, highlighted that the company prioritizes creating campuses designed to attract and retain talent. Large-format spaces with comprehensive amenities support enterprise growth, while flexibility remains key for GCCs that require rapid office setups and the ability to scale seamlessly. Smartworks’ pan-India presence, 60-day office delivery timeline, and extensive portfolio facilitate this approach, enabling GCCs to expand operations efficiently.

SmartVantage aims to go beyond traditional coworking offerings, targeting GCCs that require a blend of scale, flexibility, and operational support. By integrating consultative planning and partner-driven services, Smartworks intends to address common challenges faced by GCCs, such as compliance management, workforce scaling, and innovation enablement.

The launch comes at a time when India continues to attract GCC investments across sectors like IT services, fintech, and research and development. Companies are increasingly looking for large, flexible workspaces that can accommodate rapid growth while ensuring efficiency and employee experience.

Smartworks’ entry into this niche is also expected to strengthen its presence in the managed office segment for large enterprises. The company’s focus on speed, customization, and operational support distinguishes SmartVantage from conventional office leasing solutions, which typically involve longer setup times and limited support services.
