Gurugram, October 27, 2026: Innov8, one of India's flexible workspace providers, has launched its 600-seater new centre at Well Done Tech Park in Gurugram. Spread across 30,000 square feet, the centre is specifically designed to support modern workplace needs with high-speed internet, 24/7 access, power backup, an on-site café, phone booths and round-the-clock cab services. Innov8 also offers custom-managed office spaces tailored to specific business requirements, which will help businesses to establish or expand their presence without lengthy setup timelines.

With 50% of its spaces pre-leased at launch, the centre is well positioned to cater to the rising demand for flexible, scalable office solutions in key business districts. It offers a range of workspace options, including custom-managed floors, private cabins, team suites, open desks and conference rooms to meet diverse operational and team requirements.

It provides direct access to Sohna Road, with connectivity to NH-48 (Delhi–Jaipur Highway), Golf Course Extension Road and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), facilitating travel across Gurugram and the wider NCR.

The centre is located near a well-developed business ecosystem, with hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, banks, and corporate offices in close proximity. Its strategic location and range of flexible workspace solutions make it well suited to global capability centres (GCCs), large enterprises and growing businesses seeking a well-connected base in Gurugram. GCCs and enterprise clients can opt for dedicated, branded office floors customised to their operational requirements, while startups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can choose flexible workspace options that allow them to scale as their businesses grow.

Speaking on the launch, Ashish Saurabh, Business Head, Innov8, said “Gurugram is a key hub for global companies looking to establish and scale their India operations. These businesses need flexible, quality workspaces that can try and adapt to their evolving requirements without the upfront capital investment and long-term commitments of traditional leases. With the launch of this centre, Innov8 now operates over 20 centres, offering thousands of seats across Delhi NCR, including 10 centres in Gurugram.”

Gurugram is emerging as a key hub in India’s rapidly expanding flexible workspace market. According to Cushman & Wakefield, flex seat leasing in Delhi-NCR grew 152.7% year-on-year in the first half of 2026. CBRE reported that the second quarter of 2026 recorded the region’s highest-ever quarterly flex space take-up, with flex operators accounting for 45% of office leasing. Global capability centres (GCCs), consulting firms and technology companies are among the key demand drivers, as businesses increasingly combine conventional offices with flexible workspaces to manage capital expenditure, retain operational agility and avoid long-term lease commitments.

The Gurugram launch follows Innov8's acquisition of Vatika Business Centres in June 2026, which brought 11 business centres across New Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida and Pune under Innov8's management.
