Ramacivil India has successfully completed the construction of Yashoda Medicity, Indirapuram, one of North India’s most advanced and sustainable multi-specialty healthcare destinations. The world-class facility was inaugurated by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, in the presence of Union Minister of Defence Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Anupriya Patel, among other dignitaries.

As the EPC partner, Ramacivil India has integrated world-class technology and sustainability measures throughout the project - from constructing highly advanced operation theatres and modular ICUs to deploying specialized zones for robotic surgery, oncology, and critical care.

Spanning over 1.2 million sq. ft., the facility has been executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model at a total project value of ₹430 crore. Yashoda Medicity will feature 1,200 beds, including 252+ state-of-the-art modular ICUs, establishing it as one of North India’s largest and most technologically advanced healthcare institutions.

On the economic and employment front, Yashoda Medicity stands as a significant contributor to regional growth. The facility has generated employment for more than 5,000 healthcare professionals, technical staff and support personnel, and forms part of Uttar Pradesh’s larger push towards investment-led health infrastructure development. Beyond its architectural and technical excellence, the project showcases Ramacivil’s ability to deliver complex healthcare environments that meet both global standards and the Government of India’s vision for green, digital, and self-reliant infrastructure. The construction has generated large-scale employment for engineers, architects, and skilled technicians, while adhering to LEED-compliant green building norms. With Yashoda Medicity, Ramacivil reinforces its reputation as one of India’s foremost EPC players in the healthcare domain - delivering projects that merge sustainability, innovation, and engineering brilliance for a healthier tomorrow.

Yashoda Medicity has been envisioned as a next-generation green and fully digital hospital, registered for LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. With 1,200 beds, over 65 specialties, and 252+ modular ICUs, the facility sets a new benchmark in healthcare infrastructure-blending cutting-edge medical technology, sustainability, and patient-centric design. The hospital also features 22+ modular operation theatres, 10+ advanced endoscopy suites, and an Advanced Emergency and Trauma Command System integrating MRI, CT, and Heart/Stroke Command units with CATH and DSA labs, enabling swift, coordinated, and life-saving emergency care.
