Brigade Group has launched a new residential project, Brigade Avalon, in Bengaluru’s Whitefield locality. The project, situated on Whitefield Main Road, covers 4.36 acres and will comprise 206 apartments in 3BHK and 4BHK configurations. The development spans approximately 6.4 lakh square feet and is projected to generate revenue of over ₹1,000 crore.

Brigade Avalon also includes flexible home-office configurations, catering to ongoing hybrid work trends that continue to influence homebuyer preferences. The company has positioned this launch as part of its strategic expansion in Bengaluru’s real estate market.

Speaking on the launch, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said Whitefield remains a priority market due to its connectivity, presence of technology hubs, and sustained housing demand. The Avalon project, she added, is designed to offer a mix of functionality and community living.

The project features a clubhouse with multiple amenities aimed at different age groups, although specific amenity details were not disclosed in the statement.

Brigade Group has been actively expanding its residential footprint in and around Bengaluru in recent months. In January 2025, the company entered into a development agreement for a land parcel located on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, with a total development potential of ₹2,700 crore. That project spans 20 acres and offers a saleable area of approximately 2.5 million square feet. The land acquisition, routed through Brigade’s subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited, had a purchase cost of ₹630 crore.

In April 2025, Brigade announced a joint development agreement for a plotted development project in East Bengaluru, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹175 crore.

Apart from Bengaluru, Brigade Group is expanding its residential offerings across South Indian markets. As of now, the company has a pipeline of projects totaling around 12.61 million square feet of upcoming development across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Whitefield continues to be one of Bengaluru’s most active residential micro-markets, with ongoing demand from professionals working in nearby tech parks and multinational campuses. With Brigade Avalon, the company adds another premium offering to the location, reinforcing its presence in the eastern corridor of the city.
