AU Real Estate Strengthens Tech Ecosystem to Deliver Smarter, Buyer-Focused Homebuying Experience
AU Real Estate, one of prominent players in India’s real estate sector, has taken a significant step forward in its digital transformation by strengthening its tech-enabled ecosystem, aimed at enhancing both operational efficiency and customer experience. Through the deployment of an integrated ERP system and a suite of digital tools, the company is reimagining how homes are built, sold, and supported.
At the centre of this transformation is the Farvision ERP platform, a cloud-based solution tailored for the real estate and construction sectors. The platform integrates core business functions—including project management, CRM, procurement, inventory, and finance—into a single digital environment. This ensures real-time visibility, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration between corporate teams and on-site operations.
To support customer interactions, AU has introduced WhatsApp automation across its digital platforms. From initial inquiries and site visit scheduling to post-sale document delivery, customers can now engage through a platform they already use and trust—ensuring faster, clearer communication at every stage.
“Our digital systems are designed to simplify complexity, improve transparency, and ultimately make the homebuying journey more responsive and informed,” said Ashish Agarwal, Director, AU Real Estate. “We view technology as a means to deliver both efficiency and trust.”
Understanding that human connection remains central to the homebuying experience, AU has also built a dedicated Customer Relationship Management team, led by an experienced manager. This team ensures that every interaction—digital or personal—is supported by empathy, responsiveness, and clarity.
For channel partners, the company has implemented AU Channel Ease, a digital platform powered by Reloy. The tool streamlines broker onboarding, automates brokerage processes, and provides real-time updates on leads and payments. As a result, AU has seen a significant increase in referral sales and stronger alignment with its partner ecosystem.
These digital initiatives align with AU Real Estate’s broader growth strategy, which recently saw the acquisition of Aspire Silicon City from NBCC for ₹1,467 crore. The acquisition marks an important milestone, positioning AU to demonstrate how integrated technology can enhance the delivery and experience of large-scale real estate projects.
Whether through smart construction oversight, cloud-based collaboration, or omnichannel engagement, AU Real Estate is focused on building a more transparent, connected, and responsive real estate experience.
