This Women’s Day, we celebrate the remarkable women who are shaping and transforming the real estate landscape. From visionary developers and strategic investors to industry leaders breaking barriers, their insight, courage, and determination continue to inspire progress across the sector.
At The Realty Today, we’ve curated a collection of powerful quotes from women who have influenced and strengthened the world of real estate. Their words reflect resilience, ambition, and leadership, reminding us of the lasting impact women create when they lead with confidence and purpose.
As former U.S. First Lady and global advocate Michelle Obama once said, “There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.”
What doees women redefining real estate think?
Ms. Mamtu Mirchandani VP Asset Management, Xperience Realty

"Every generation of women is told where the limits are. The women of today simply move them. Across every industry, young women are no longer waiting for permission — they’re building companies, shaping ideas, and redefining what leadership looks like. The future belongs to those who choose ambition over approval."
Ms. Priyanka Marwha, Managing Director, Jenika Ventures

“Real estate has traditionally been a male-dominated field, but this is a reality that is slowly changing as women increasingly take on leadership positions and bring their unique perspectives to the sector. At Jenika Ventures, we are committed to the power of diversity in leadership, and this Women's Day, it is essential to celebrate the increasing number of female professionals in the real estate sector, across various segments of the sector. Women in leadership are not just changing the face of businesses; they are changing the face of the future of cities and communities across the world.”
Ms. Yashvi Shah - Manager, Marketing & Communications Eurobond

"Every year, Women's Day arrives with a flood of posts & pledges. And every year, I find myself asking the same question, what are we actually doing the other 364 days? Ive watched women work twice as hard for half the recognition. It's shaped the way I think about leadership and responsibility.
At Eurobond, we've tried to answer that question through action rather than announcements. Today, 40% of our backend staff are women, but the number I'm most proud of isn't on any dashboard. It's in our sampling team, where we've hired and trained women with no prior formal employment or technical skills, and watched them become the backbone of our catalogue finishing operations. These are women who came in without credentials and left each day with craft, confidence, and a career.
Globally, women still represent less than 40% of the formal workforce, and the gap widens significantly in manufacturing and skilled trades. We're not claiming to have solved that. But we do believe that every business has a role to play — and that role begins with a decision to invest in people before they're 'ready' by conventional standards. That, ultimately, is where inclusion moves from intention to impact."
As women continue to rise across leadership, investment, and development roles, the real estate sector is witnessing a powerful shift toward greater inclusivity and diverse perspectives. Encouraging mentorship, equal opportunities, and supportive professional environments will be key to sustaining this momentum. This Women’s Day is not only a celebration of the achievements of women in real estate but also a reminder that when women lead with vision and confidence, they help shape stronger businesses, more vibrant communities, and a more progressive future for the industry.
