Indian singer and reality TV star Rahul Krishna Vaidya, known for his rise to fame on Indian Idol, has recently made headlines with his purchase of a luxury apartment in Mumbai, valued at Rs. 9 crores. The property, located in the upscale DLH Signature project by DLH Group, was reported by Square Yards, a leading real estate advisory platform. Square Yards reviewed the registration documents and confirmed the transaction, showcasing Vaidya’s entry into the elite circle of Bandra West residents, a popular area for celebrity investments.

DLH Signature is a premium residential development offering spacious 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK apartments set on a lush 1.25-acre campus with high-end amenities. Bandra West, where the project is located, has seen increased celebrity interest in recent months. Besides Vaidya, Bollywood personalities like Sunil Shetty, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, as well as sports stars KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty, have invested in properties in the area, adding to its reputation as a luxury hub for the elite.

Bandra’s allure is multifaceted, combining luxury residences with proximity to the city’s film industry, entertainment venues, and business centers. According to Square Yards, Vaidya’s new apartment spans a carpet area of approximately 3,110 square feet (~288.92 square meters) with a built-up area of around 3,422 square feet (~317.93 square meters). The transaction, finalized in October 2024, included a stamp duty payment of Rs. 56.37 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. With ample living space and luxurious design, the residence offers Vaidya a private retreat within a bustling urban locale.
