Delhi-based real estate developer Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced its plans to generate ₹350 crore in revenue from its newly launched housing project in Jamshedpur, reflecting the growing demand for premium residential properties in the city.

The company has officially launched ‘Ashiana Amaya’ at Dobo (New Jamshedpur), a project aimed at expanding its footprint in Jharkhand amid rising housing needs. Spread across 3.86 acres, the project will feature a saleable area of approximately 4.64 lakh square feet, with 230 residential units designed to cater to both end-users and investors. Unit prices will start at ₹1.34 crore, according to the company statement.

Ashiana Amaya will be developed under a joint venture model, combining the developer’s expertise with strategic partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality construction standards. The project is expected to be completed by December 2029, offering modern, premium living spaces with contemporary amenities tailored to evolving lifestyle preferences.

The investment for the project will be funded through a mix of self-financing and customer advances, allowing Ashiana Housing to maintain financial flexibility while mitigating risks. This approach ensures that the project can be executed efficiently while leveraging market demand for residential units in Tier-2 cities like Jamshedpur.

Founded in Delhi, Ashiana Housing Ltd is one of India’s leading real estate developers, with a portfolio of over 55 projects across residential and senior living segments. The company has established a strong reputation for quality construction, customer-centric offerings, and sustainable design practices. Apart from conventional housing, the firm has carved a niche in senior living developments, reflecting its diversified approach within the real estate sector.

Industry analysts note that Jamshedpur and other Tier-2 cities are witnessing a surge in housing demand, fueled by urbanization, employment opportunities, and increased disposable income among homebuyers. Jamshedpur’s real estate market is witnessing dynamic growth, offering lucrative opportunities for homebuyers and investors alike. According to Housing.com, average property prices range from ₹2,500 to ₹10,625 per sq. ft., with localities like Sakchi, Bistupur, and Kadma emerging as high-demand hotspots.

With Ashiana Amaya, the company aims not only to tap into the growing residential demand in Jamshedpur but also to reinforce its presence in emerging real estate markets across India. By focusing on high-quality construction, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, Ashiana Housing is positioning itself as a key player in the country’s evolving residential market.
