Mumbai: LURE Holdings has entered the Indian market through a partnership with CIRIL. The two firms will work to bring international brands into branded, luxury and experience-led real estate projects in India.

LURE Holdings is a global luxury advisory and brand strategy platform. CIRIL is a real estate advisory and market intelligence platform based in India. Together, they will link luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, fashion and retail brands with suitable developments in the premium segment.

LURE brings experience in branded real estate, luxury hospitality and lifestyle-led experiences. It also says it has access to more than 300 fashion, lifestyle and luxury brands. CIRIL adds its market data, its network of developers and its knowledge of how the Indian property sector works.

For developers, the pitch is differentiated. A tie-up with a global brand can help a project stand out, build a clear identity and add value. The firms say this is aimed at a market where buyers now look beyond location and build quality. They want identity, experience and brand association as well.

Salvator Felous, Chairman and CEO for Luxury Fashion, Retail Concepts and Brand Modelling at LURE Holdings, said rising wealth and global exposure are changing what Indian buyers expect. He called India one of the strongest opportunities for brands seeking long-term growth through real estate. He said the partnership pairs international brand expertise with local insight.

Vijay Sarathi, Founder and Chairman of CIRIL, said luxury real estate is "not defined by a name on a building." In his view, the experience behind the name matters more. He said the tie-up links global brand thinking with local market opportunity.
