1-Ram Rattan Group is credited for much of what we see in Chattarpur today. Could you briefly take us through your journey?

2-How is Ram Rattan Group scripting the growth story of Naugaon?
After our development at Chattarpur, I had a very strong instinct about the potential Naugaon beheld. Close proximity to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and the Bandikui spur has been a huge green flag. Naugoan is barely 60 minutes from Gurugram, about 90 minutes from Delhi, Noida and about 120 minutes from Jaipur. I knew that it is a perfect location for premium low density and lifestyle-led gated luxury farmhouse development. Over the last five years we have developed landmark projects such as Ananda Farms and Green Step Farms Phase 1 in Naugaon. Green Step Farms Phase 2, Aravali Retreat and Golden Age Isvara Farms by Ram Rattan Group are under development. I am glad to state that Ram Rattan Group has over 90% of development share in the luxury gated farmhouse pie of Naugaon. Clearly we have skin in the game. 4-Evolution is inevitable. How has your Group evolved to deliver Naugaon several notches higher than Chattarpur? What have been the learnings that you will scale up or rectify?
Our journey from Chattarpur to Naugaon reflects how we as a group have evolved in both vision and execution. While Chattarpur offered valuable insights into the emerging demand for farmhouse-style living near metropolitan centers, the Naugaon developments represent a more nuanced, future-oriented approach shaped by those learnings.
a. Understanding the Evolving Patrons’ Profile
In Chattarpur, buyers were largely driven by proximity to Delhi and the aspiration for second homes. Over time, we at Ram Rattan Group realized that today’s buyers are seeking more than just land parcels, they want curated experiences, secure communities, and signature lifestyle infrastructure. At Naugaon, our focus has therefore shifted toward planned farmhouse communities, with more efficient layouts, internal road networks, green buffers, and long-term livability rather than fragmented plot developments.
